Terms of Service

Last updated: April 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solvery (the "Service"), available at solvery.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Solvery is an AI-powered tool that decomposes user-submitted problems into interactive decision trees and related artifacts (chats, action plans, dashboards, email digests). The Service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.

3. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights;
  • submit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that contains malware;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
  • use the Service to generate content that targets, harasses, or exploits others;
  • resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Solvery uses third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or outdated. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for any decision made based on AI output.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the problems, prompts and notes you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your User Content.

7. Paid Plans, Tokens and Refunds

Some features require paid credits ("tokens") or a subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change. Purchases are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Unless required by mandatory consumer law, purchased tokens are non-refundable once the AI generation has been consumed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Solvery and protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, of the country in which you reside as a consumer. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
